CHINLEY INDEPENDENT CHAPEL
CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE SUNDAY SCHOOL BUILDING
These conditions are made in the interests of both the hirers and the church
- By law there is to be no smoking on the Sunday School premises.
Alcohol must not be consumed on the premises or in the grounds.
- At the end of your period use please ensure that tables and other furniture are replaced in the places in which they were found.
Please stack chairs no higher than in stacks of TEN where you found them.
- Time for setting up and clearing away is included in the period booked.
- Bouncy Castles and trampolines and such large items are not permitted.
- No paint or glue is allowed and please keep muddy footwear away from the carpeted areas. Sand is not allowed in the building.
- Users are to provide their own cloths, tea towels etc.
- Please ensure that the kitchen is left clean and tidy, with the windowsill cleared.
- No parking is allowed outside the Sunday School.
The tarmaced area is for drop off and pick up only. This is for reasons of safety and consideration for other users of the buildings.
There is a large car park across the road by the graveyard.
- The enclosed area in front of the Sunday School is for the exclusive use of the Church.
- Chinley Chapel requires all users of the Sunday School to adhere to standards laid down in the document ‘ Care and Safety of Children and Young People ‘ - which is displayed.
- Please take home all waste that you create. The dustbins do not have the capacity to take anything beyond the waste generated in normal daily use by the church.
A black bin bag is provided for you.
- THE PERSON IN WHOSE NAME THE SUNDAY SCHOOL IS HIRED HAS A DUTY TO BE AWARE OF THE LOCATION OF THE FIRE EXITS AND ESCAPE ROUTES IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE.
